How can I reset the password on my account?
To update your password, login into your account, navigate to ‘Account’, then change your password. If you are unable to login, or have trouble updating your password, contact Psych4schools at info@psych4schools.com.au
What can I do if I’m unable to access or download member resources?
First, ensure you are logged in as a member. You will be unable to download resources if you are not logged in. If you are logged in and still unable to download resources, try refreshing your screen or logging out, and then logging in again. If you continue to be unable to download resources, try resetting your password as per the above instructions. If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, contact Psych4schools at info@psych4schools.com.au
How can I upgrade my membership?
Please upgrade your yearly membership should your circumstances change. For example, if you are now a Graduate teacher and not a Student teacher, or a Principal or Assistant/Deputy Principal rather than a Teacher. To upgrade your membership, please navigate to Membership (Renew here) and click Upgrade or change my membership.
How can I get a copy of my tax invoice?
To get a copy of your invoice, login into your account and click on Memberships. Finally, select the relevant invoice in ‘Actions – PDF receipt’ to download.
How can schools, institutions or association members add or remove users?
To add more users to your membership, please navigate to Add Members and enter the users details. Each user will receive a notification email with instructions.
How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my membership?
To turn on and off the auto renew feature, please navigate to Membership and turn off auto renew. You may also want to let Psych4schools know at info@psych4schools.com.au to check that the system has actioned your request.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will lapse after 12 months unless you are on auto renew. If you are on auto renew you can cancel this option by going to Memberships and untick auto renew.
What do I do if my membership expires?
It is easy to renew. Login into your account and navigate to Membership. Finally, click on Renew Membership.
What is the refund policy?
We have a no refunds policy. It is recommended that you read free ebooklet excerpts prior to purchasing ebooklets or joining Psych4Schools. Note: some ebooklets may have links to our other ebooklets or web-based resources. To access these, you must buy the recommended ebooklets or be a Psych4Schools member. Only members have access to all ebooklets and resources. See terms and conditions.
